Has anyone developed guidelines for those who want to advocate with
decision makers?

We in Halton are establishing a youth advisory group and need to provide
some direction and boundaries for our young people to guide their efforts.
We want to leave most of the decision making with the youth, so the
guidelines are essential.

At the same time we noted that the draft Canadian Nurses Association
Community Health Nursing Standards recommends that CHNs be accountable for
advocating for the determinants of health. Again, we will need guidelines
for advocacy.

Thank you for your consideration.
