Hello fellow health promoters,
I have an opportunity to talk to Sask. health district and community members
who are interested in diabetes prevention about "VALUES" as the basis for
planning and implementing community initiatives. I have done a number of
exercises in the past to draw out personal and community values, but I am
looking for new ways to approach this task.
I will have an audience of about 160 people, and have only 20 minutes on the
agenda. Does anyone have any interesting, interactive processes they use to
help people identify their/community values? I would like folks to be able
to take away a "tool" to use in their own communities/workplaces. Any ideas?
This is the first time I have used the Listserv this way. Thanks for your
(any) responses.
