A request from a children's program in BC that is looking for information to
use with their Municipal Council that investing in kids is well worth the
dollars as it pays dividends in later years. This is a small town on the
westcoast and the children's program is trying to convince the council not
to cut funding to the lease space where they run programs. I know about the
stafs from Invest in Kids re early childhood development, anything else
compelling anyone can suggest?
