Hours of Work:  Full Time – 35 hours per week

Under the direction of a Public Health Director, the Community Health
Promoter works with educational and other youth focused agencies and
organizations to plan, develop, implement and evaluate a range of health
promotion programs under the requirements of the Chronic Disease and Injury
Prevention Program, with a focus on injury and substance abuse prevention
programs for youth.  The successful candidate also supports related programs
within the Family Health Program.
