Hi James
The little Australian booklet "Theory in a Nutshell" by Don Nutbeam and
Elizabeth Harris (McGraw-Hill Companies - Roseville NSW Australia), 1999 is
an excellent resource for this task. I am not aware if it is available
electronically.
