I believe the "Reach for the Sun' video *may have been part of the ROM Dance
series, and if it is, there was more information on this on the CiNAHL
database. The Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta aslo has
a kit containing the manual and video

Hi there - i checked with our seniors' health promoter who runs seated
exercise classes - she hasn't heard of "Reach for the Sun", but
suggested 2 other cassettes available from the Public Health Department
of the City of Ottawa:
1) Chair exercise
2) Active seniors.

Hello fellow listservers!

I have had a request to the Health Promotion Clearinghouse for which I
would
appreciate some help.

I was wondering if anyone is familiar with an exercise cassette for
persons with
physical limitations that consists of a series of chair exercises.  My
client thinks that
the cassette is either entitled or contains the text, "Reach for the
Sun".

If anyone knows where I can order this cassette or has additional
information to help
me narrow down my search, I would greatly appreciate the information.
