I recently found this short article about issues related to the current trends partnership to be excellent:
The Poverty of "Partnerships", by James Taylor, in The Nugget (October 2002) - a newsletter of the Community Development Resource Association. I found it online at www.cdra.org.za
It is not research speficic, but it explores important questions about relationships and practice.
