Hi Paula,

I don't know if you can read french, but in Québec we have "Québec en 
forme" program who promote physical activity for low income children. It's 
a very interesting program and it's working well. For informations, you can 
go to the web site: http://www.quebecenforme.org/

Unfortunatly, everything is in french. Maybe you can found a link for an 
english version on the site or contact the team of this program to have it.
