Hi everyone,
I've used Susan Rifkin's model a number of times many years ago. Thinking
back, I remember using it a couple of time as a group process in the
evaluation of projects for which increased participation was stated as an
outcome. I had each individual on the stakeholder committee complete the
scales independently, then facilitated a groups discussion comparing and
their various ratings. After a thorough discussion, they completed the
scales together creating a picture of participation in the project. It was a
great learning and discussion tool. I would definitely use it again if the
opportunity arose.
Best regards,
Susan Lilley
