I am seeking an internet reference to:
Canada "Benchmarking Heart Health Coalitions" about 1999 or 2000
This report highlights the experience of one key partnership between health
and community around Heart health.
Can anyone comment on how useful this has been or even if it is used in
other Endeavours.  My interest is in benchmarking other types of
partnerships?
