FYI, there is going to be a consultation for senior government officials on
building inclusive communities (interesting yet a bit of an oxymoron?)...

2002 Annual Consultation of Social Services Administrators

The  2002 Annual Consultation of Social Services Administrators will be held
Sept. 28-Oct. 2 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The theme of this year's
consultation is "Building Inclusive Communities". Federal labour minister,
Claudette Bradshaw will be a featured speaker at the opening session. To
participate, you must be a senior government official
working in the social services sector at the provincial or municipal level.

Registration will soon be closing. If you would like to attend the
consultation, immediately contact Lynda Tabbiner, Nova Scotia Department of
Community Services, at (902) 424-1628 or by e-mail at

Consultation annuelle 2002 des administrateurs en service social

La Consultation annuelle 2002 des administrateurs en service social  aura
lieu cette année du 29 septembre au 2 octobre à Halifax, en Nouvelle-Écosse.
Le thème de cette année porte sur "Bâtir des collectivités inclusives". La
ministre fédérale du Travail, Claudette Bradshaw fera une allocution lors de
la séance d'ouverture. Afin de
pouvoir y participer, vous devez être un haut fonctionnaire dans le domaine
des services sociaux au niveau provincial ou municipal.

La date limite des inscriptions approche à sa fin. Si vous
désirez prendre part à la consultation, veuillez contacter
