I am writing this email to seek your consult on a pressing issue. As 
you know Lebanon has been under fire for the past week. I just found 
out about a group of lebanese tourists who were out in Bulgaria and 
are now stranded there. Some of them are out of money and need 
assistance. They do not know who to turn to for basic human needs such 
as food or shelter. I would really appreciate it if you could provide 
guidance in helping them find organizations that are willing to offer 
such assistance. If you do have any suggestion, please send an email

contact with the party in Bulgaria. I am sure this is an issue that 
has come up in several tourist destinations. Let us see how we can 
help.
