The Canadian Institute of Economic Evaluation is pleased to announce the first four-day intensive training opportunity for professionals interested in economic evaluations in the public and non-profit sectors. As funders and other sponsors increasingly request data on "cost effectiveness" and "return on investment", the interest and use of economic evaluations is growing exponentially. In Canada however, there are very few funders, evaluators or consultants with the skills required to do the work being requested. 

Led by two of Canada's preeminent scholars in the use of economic evaluations, the CIEE course will give participants a full understanding of the basic principles and methods that are used in economic evaluations. Aimed at professionals with some background in evaluation, the course will be strictly limited to the first 24 registrants.
