Hello Rachel.
For detailed information about living wage campaigns across the US go to the
website for the Living Wage Resource Centre run by ACORN (Association of
Community Organisations for Reform Now) http://livingwagecampaign.org/index.
They have a comprehensive guide entitled "Living Wage Campaigns: An Activist's
Guide to Building the Movement for Economic Justice" which is partially
downloadable. The full version is available through ACORN for $15 US.
Best wishes for your initiative.
Cathie.
