Dear Rish Ram Parajuli.
I apologize for this response is significantly late to your response in June. I have some experience in setting up email forums and writing email newsletters. I acknowledge your interest and commitment to make health information available to fellow health workers. I would first like to ask you why the group wanted to instiutionalize at such an early stage. I can understand that this might be beneficial later on- but these kind of discussions and time away from really thinking about how to deliver the information and how to determine which information to send out, and how frequently. I might refer you to a website the Virtual Volunteering Project that offers several resources for people who want to set up communities around certain technical areas. Please go to

Good luck and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Subject: Seeking suggestions
Dear all,
Greetings from Nepal!
I am Rishi Ram Parajuli from Nepal. I am a health worker involved in the National TB Programme of Nepal for last 7 years.
Considering the importance of the health informations for the health workers of different types and backgrounds, a group of our friends decided to form a small association/forum that could work to collect and share different types of health information among our members through all possible mehtods available/ feasible in our context mainly being the electronic media.
At the moment we are in very beginign of forming the group and dividing roles and responsibilities among a small team. Majority of the members are the public health students. They are very interested in this mission. We like to develop this as an organization/Association by registering formally for legality. We have to consider lots of factors and aspects before starting the actual functiion.
So, we need some important suggestions from those who already have experiences in formaion and execution of similar types of groups, association, forum or organizations. Could you please suggest most appropriate points that should be kept in mind to us step-wise?
Our team will be grateful to you all who contribute for our mission in this very important moment. We will keep sharing our progress through CLICK4 as well in future.
Thank you very much for your important contributiions.
Sincerely yours,
Rishi Ram Parajuli and the team
Kathmandu /Nepal
