CITIZENS INTERESTED IN DIALOGUE
ON THE
USE OF PLACEBOS IN CLINICAL TRIALS
As part of developing a policy on the appropriate use of placebos in Canada, Health Canada and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research are holding a dialogue with citizens. You will work with a number of other citizens of various backgrounds to identify what you agree and disagree is appropriate for such a policy. As this is an issue that affects all Canadians it is not necessary to have any prior knowledge or experience.
This all day event will be held Sunday, April 6 in Toronto. If you are interested in participating or require further information, please call 416-954-8043 by Mar 27. To ensure a diverse mix of participants, we will be asking you for some demographic information.
