Well Nader there sure is! Any French search on franco search engines
will likely get you several returns. Of course being a French
Canadian  myself, I am a little biased to our work here in my
country.  Specifically, you  migth try a few sites from organizations
which  have a bilibgual site (and have good links to further French
resources) like:

The Ontario Prevention Clearinghouse (OPC) - Le centre ontarien
d'information en prevention (COIP) found at http://www.opc.on.ca. You
can also contact Christiane Fontaine or Hélène Gangné. They are at:

408-2122 Although their site is under reconstruction, the new version
should be up very soon. They have a French ezine called Le Bloc-Notes
- Bulletin d'information en promotion de la santé which is excellent
(albeit with a Canadian focus mainly).

There is also The Quebec Healthy Cities Network / Réseau québecois
villes et villages en santé which is a recongnized WHO Collaborating
Center on the Development of Healthy Cities and Towns / Centre
Collaborateur de l'OMS pour le développement de Villes et Villages en
