--- Cleveland Clinic opens Toronto center -----

CLEVELAND, March 19 (UPI) -- The Cleveland-based Cleveland Clinic has created a
corporation -- Cleveland Clinic Canada -- that will open a new health and
wellness center in Toronto. The Toronto operation will be jointly owned and
operated by Cleveland Clinic and the Copeland Group of Companies.

The Toronto Health and Wellness Centre will primarily provide comprehensive
executive physicals, as well as health and wellness consulting in the areas of
nutrition, illness prevention, exercise prescriptions and stress management.

"We have recognized a need to provide our highly regarded executive
healthcare program here in Toronto," said Dr. Delos M. "Toby" Cosgrove,
president and chief executive officer of the Cleveland Clinic. The center will
employ approximately 55 Canadian physicians and other medical professionals.
