Hello everybody
Has anyone a success story to tell about an awareness campaign directed to
hard-to-reach workplaces, the ones that probably need to hear your message
but aren't signing up for your workplace wellness workshops, calling for
your brochures or how-to manuals, etc.?
The particular context in which I am asking the question concerns workplaces
adopting family-friendly workplace practices (e.g. flex time, part-time
positions, extended maternity leaves) and/or other work-life balance
initiatives.
Any help you can provide would be much appreciated, as I am compiling
examples of best practices in order to help with planning an awareness
campaign for the workplaces which don't have many work-life balance
initiatives in place and appear not to be too interested in implementing
many/any in the near future.
Thanks very much!
