Dennis,

Another reason is that tobacco companies as opposed to cocaine companies
have the ability to work in sunlight and to refine tobacco so that its
addictive properties are magnified. I realize that THC is much stronger
than in the past but that has been the result of efforts of small
entrepreneurs not well funded and well protected multinational
corporations.
