Please join us for a January workshop/seminar entitled: Balancing Work and
Eldercare. This workshop was developed for people who both work outside of the
home AND who provide eldercare. The caregiving role is often very stressful in
itself, but when combined with the pressures and strains of employment can be
overwhelming. Please visit our brochure website at:
www.worklifecanada.ca/balance.pdf for more information about the speakers, the
location/time and the registration process, or e-mail me at the address noted
below.

The event is open to anyone who may be interested. I look forward to hearing
the many issues, and some concrete options for addressing them.

Best wishes,

Gillian Joseph
