Please join us for a January workshop/seminar entitled: Balancing Work and
Eldercare.  This workshop was developed for people who both work outside of the
home AND who provide eldercare. The caregiving role is often very stressful in
itself, but when combined with the pressures and strains of employment can be
overwhelming.  Please visit our brochure website at:
