FYI:

Development Services plans to deploy a new web application (EVote
- online voting) to our production server on March 5, 2003.

The deployment would require us to temporarily shutdown the server
(on starcraft.ccs.yorku.ca) between 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM on March 5, 2003.
However, we anticipate that the outage should not be longer than 1 hour.

The server hosts the York Atlas and YorkNet Registration web sites, so
both sites would not be available during the outage.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
