IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER

September 20, 2002 – Cutoff for conference pre-registration.

October 4, 2002 – Cut off for hotel pre-registration – after October 4,
hotel reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis and
our special room rate may no longer be available.

October 4, 2002 – Special Dietary Restrictions – if you have any dietary
restrictions please notify the conference secretariat before October 4.
