One of the major themes I have tried to thread through my Twain's
Geography site is his views on Industrialization, a major cultural shift
during his lifetime.  I have found a book that apparently addresses this
but have found no reviews on file in the Mark Twain Forum.  I've ordered
a copy from AbeBooks.  What prompted me was Sam's Letter to Howells in
March of '88.  Are there any thoughts on this book?
