i am not sure what you are referring to? I
participated in an internship 2 years ago in Chile and
we put up a web page which is
www.elencuentro.cl/redsalud.  I was sent by CSIH to
work there.  I guess you need to check with CSIH
(Canadian Society for International Health) to see if
they are continuing this project or not.  I suspect
the project finished when i left.
