Kingston Regional Self-Help Conference, Tuesday June 19


The Ontario Self-Help Network (OSHNET) and the Kingston CMHA are sponsoring
a one-day conference entitled Empowerment Through Self-Help. This is an
excellent chance for self-helpers, volunteers and professionals who work
with self-help, mutual aid and peer support to learn new skills, gain new
ideas and insights and network with their peers in the Kingston area.
Workshop topics include: facilitation, co-facilitation, role playing
difficult situations, creating support networks, keeping your group on track
and stress management. Our regional conferences only cost $15 and fill up
very quickly, so please register early. For more details visit
