Dear Subscribers,

There are two simple things you can do to improve the flow of information
on CLICK4HP. The first is to not enclose the previous message in your
responses. Many of you have your MAIL Preferences set to automatically
include a copy of the message to which you are replying. 99% of the time
that is unnecessary. If you do need a piece of it try blocking, copying
and pasting from the old message to the new. That reduces length and
improves clarity. You may want to go into your MAIL Preference setup and
change that option so that copies are not included.

The other thing you might consider, especially in light of the fact that
there is global readership on CLICK4HP, is to post messages in plain text
and not in HTLM (web) format. That way the messages are smaller and easier
to read, especially for subscribers in poor countries where access can be
much more expensive. Little on CLICK4HP needs HTML and most of that is
handled already by simply including a URL (web address) for additional
material.
