Subject: Advocacy

There has been a challenge from MPs in New Zealand about the legitimacy of
government funded health advocacy. Could you recommend some key readings
that make the case for health advocacy as a legitimate health promotion
activity and/or international experts on the subject.
Many thanks
Louise
