Hi Elaine
The Centre for Health Promotion Studies at the University of Alberta offers:
Graduate programs in Health Promotion leading toward either a Master of
Science degree (thesis), Master of Science degree (course-based) or a
Postgraduate Diploma. These unique, interdisciplinary programs were launched
in response to the demand from the health sector for professionals who possess
the new knowledge and skills needed to successfully engage in health promotion
activities.
Full-time and part-time options are available on-line(distance) for the MSc
course-based degree and Postgraduate Diploma.

The programs offer content directly related to your co-workers interests...
Hope that helps,
Michelle Smith
