The Many Financial Facets of Disability

Hosted by the Canadian Breast Cancer Network (CBCN), The Many Financial
Facets of Disability is a one hour teleconference/webcast designed to help
Canadian breast cancer patients find their way through the labyrinth of
disability claims such as CPP, EI, private insurance and more. We will
inform you on whom to call for additional information on what to do next.

This Webcast will be interactive. There will be a Q&A at the end of the
Webcast where the presenter will be able to answer all of your questions.

The presentation will be led by Sandra Fraser, R.N., B.A.U.P., a disability
advocate and Consultant at SanDouglas Health Care & Associates Inc.
