CBCN Survey on Canadian Wait Times in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Breast
Cancer

The Canadian Breast Cancer Network (CBCN) is gathering data for a National
Report Card on Canadian wait times in the diagnosis and treatment of breast
cancer as well as the financial cost of and access to drugs for breast
cancer in Canada.

As a breast cancer patient or as a family member or primary caregiver of a
breast cancer patient, we’d like you to tell us about your experience by
completing an online survey, starting on June 24th. 

We ask all members of the breast cancer community – eg, health care
professionals, breast cancer organizations, breast cancer support groups,
caregivers – to spread the word about this survey. Please distribute this
information widely.

This online survey is available in both English and French. For a paper
version of the survey, please consult the CBCN website at: www.cbcn.ca.
