Subject: Interventions: physical activity and young children
Hi everyone,
As a student completing a master?s degree in Community health at Laval
University, I am studying the influence of parents on their child?s
practice of physical activity. I am looking for interventions, which
have been evaluated, that aim to increase the physical activity level of
young children ageing from 3 to 5 years old in the home setting. Most of
the interventions I have come across with this age group deal with
nutrition, or take place in preschools or day care. If anyone is
familiar with interventions that correspond to this description, please
send me the references. It will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Andrea Bilodeau
