In order to replace a faulty component on a core network router, there
will be a major network service outage starting Saturday January 17th at
23:00hrs lasting until Sunday January 18th 07:00hrs.
During this period all network traffic at York will be affected and
several services unavailable.  This includes email, phoenix, all
web services including REM and other student web applications,
Passport York authenticated applications, the dialin modem pool and
YorkNet.
