FEDERAL  ELECTION 2006

All Candidates Debate On Children’s Issues

Thursday January 12,  2006

7:00  to 9:00 p.m.

Metro Hall, 55 John Street,  Toronto

Council Chambers second  floor

Moderator:  Judy  Rebick, CAW Sam Gindin Chair in Social Justice  and
Democracy.

Candidates who will debate the issues are:

Carolyn  Bennett, the Liberal party

Olivia  Chow, the New Democratic Party

Valery Philip, the Green  Party

TBA, the Conservative  party


 Refreshments  will be served and Child Care  will be  provided by Network
              Child Care Services of Toronto from 6:45  p.m.

   (Please  help us plan appropriately for child care by registering in
                         advance at  416-538-7630)




Parents, Grandparents and your community -- Come out and  hear where the
politicians stand on issues of child care, child poverty, housing  etc. to
better inform your decision on  Election Day January 23, 2006.
