You have to be very energetic to involve people who are not used to having
anybody pay attention to their voices.  Mixing a groups is a definite no-no.
You will have to work hard to build trust and accept that most people do not
enjoy, as we do, sitting at meetings and discussing things.

Meals, honoraria, and other signs that you value their involvement and
participation are essential. Kim Raine art U Alberta should have many ideas for
you.
