"There are days when I've such pain in my back that I struggle to get out of
bed in the morning. On those days, there's no point trying to do anything
beyond lie prone for the next 24 hours.

"Then, with my mobility somewhat recovered, the following few days I'm able
to sit at this computer, go for daily walks, grocery shop, sweep the floors,
clean out the kitty litter, and feed and water myself and the cats.

"Then the cycle starts all over again..."
