The Integrated health promotion resource kit, which includes the Integrated
health promotion: A practice guide for service providers and the Measuring
health promotion impacts:A guide to impact evaluation in integrated health
promotion is now on-line. This resource has been produced by the Primary
and Community Health Branch in partnership with the Public Health Branch
(Rural and Regional Health and Aged Care Services Division,Victorian
Department of Human Services, Australia). These are practical resources to
support
agencies and organisations to plan, deliver and evaluate effective
integrated health promotion programs.

Many   individuals,  agencies  and  organisations  that  contributed  their
expertise  and  enthusiasm for quality health promotion practice during the
development of this guide including:
1. Primary Care Partnership member agencies eg Community health services,
rural hospitals, local government and Division of General Practice
2. Consumer and carer organisations
3. Peak bodies and statewide health promotion organisations
4. Statewide advisory committees
5. Academic institutions
6. Regional health promotion officers, regional primary health advisers and
primary care partnership regional contacts.

The  two  documents  (Integrated  health  promotion:  A  practice guide for
service  providers  and  the  Measuring health promotion impacts: A guide
to
impact  evaluation  in  integrated  health  promotion)  are downloadable at
http://www.dhs.vic.gov.au/phkb under Health Promotion publications.
