Despite Canada's reputation as a world leader in health promotion and
population health concepts, public health activities are mired in "healthy
living" and "healthy lifestyles" approaches. Don't blame Health Canada
civil servants -- they keep trying to message the broader message out!

Healthy Living: a Globe and Mail information supplement for CDPAC.
