A baby born 16 years has grown into a mature, articulate teenager - and
perhaps no one is more surprised by this than its parents.

Governments have come and gone during that span, and it's tougher to raise
justice issues these days. Yet Ontario's Interfaith Social Assistance
Reform Coalition (ISARC) not only has survived, but is slowly gaining
strength. ISARC brings together diverse faith communities - mainly
Christian, but also Jewish, Unitarian, Muslim and Buddhist - to advocate
for fairness and justice for marginalized peoples. It also distributes
resources that educate members of faith communities on current issues of
social justice in Ontario, especially those affecting low-income people...
