Health Association: 
 
"The Charter was signed at the old Skyline Hotel on Kent Street by
delegates from over 30 countries in a massive reception and party during
the last evening. For the official signatures of the Charter I would
need to go back and check, but it might have been Jake Epp, Halfdan
Mahler and maybe, but I'm not sure, myself. If you check with Karen
Craven at CPHA she could verify who the official signators were."

the question came up as to where the Ottawa Charter was signed.
Does anyone know exactly where the 1986 Ottawa Charter on Health
Promotion
was signed, please?  Name of hotel, centre, government building will be
sufficient.
