A useful source on Twain's 1899 visit to Sweden is:
Carl L. Anderson, "Mark Twain in Sweden: An Interview and
Commentary," _American Literary Realism_ 11:1 (Spring 1978): 80-91.
This features Anderson's translation of an interview with Twain that
appeared in _Aftonbladet_ (Stockholm) on July 13, 1899, and 8 pages
of commentary and notes about his visit to Sweden. There are
citations of a couple of early (1930s) articles published in Sweden
and some letters Twain wrote from Sweden.
The last note mentions an article in _Dagens Nyheter_ (Stockholm) on
Sept. 24, 1899, that includes descriptions of Twain's treatment at
Dr. Kellgren's "miracle factory" and some of his activities there by
two of Kellgren's assistants.
