Thank you for this info Barb!

The photos in the Applewood 2015 reprint are indeed great (there were some
I don't believe I had seen before) but I suspect they do not appear as
nicely in this paperback as they probably did in the first edition.

Which reminds me of the coffee table book that I hope someone will publish
one day: "The Complete Photos of MT" :)
