I have adapted one of Twain's later short works for a short film for a
filmmaker friend of mine. We would like to know if anyone can advise us as
to
how to find if the work is protected by copyright laws and if so, who would
we contact for permission to use the material. Thanks for any advice you can
offer in this matter.
