A friend tells me Sotheby's Auction House in New York is auctioning Mark
Twain memorabilia.  "There is a notebook, a picture, his writing desk, some
first editions, and I don't remember what else.  I believe it is his family
that currently holds the items and they are the ones for whom Sotheby's is
holding the auction."
