Call for Papers

16th Annual Conference
American Literature Association
May 26-29, 2005

Boston, Massachusetts

Papers are invited for the ALA session: "Mark Twain's Short Fiction."
More attention is being directed in recent years to Twain's short
fiction.  Previously unpublished stories need attention so that their
importance may be adequately assessed, but new insights on established
stories are also welcomed.  Papers 10-12 pages on any aspect of this
topic are invited.  Send completed paper or abstract by December 15 to:
