Hi Gayle
I don't think any responses to your request have referred to this.
You might be interested in looking at a report from the Centre for Health
Promotion at the University of Toronto - People's Voices: Poverty and Health
Services in Toronto. We interviewed 100 people from 4 lower income areas in
Toronto (Regent Park, South Riverdale, Jane&Finch, Lawrence Heights) on health
and health-related services usage. The interviews were conducted by people
living in the communities.
