Greetings, my name is Mario Eschenhof. I am an information systems
     analyst with Health Canada. I have been involved in various
     information dissemination tools for several years now. Internet is the
     new tool now and I am exploring and researching how various groups are
     using it as a communication exchange mechanism.

     This listserv gives me insight and some direction on what tools are
     being used and where things are going. I am also curious to see how
     remote and rural communities will join the Internet band wagon, bye
