Hi Janet,

What do you think? Want to take a stab at responding to this one.

Patsy

Subject: Public Health Practice Framework

Toronto Public Health is looking for conceptual frameworks that guide
public health practice. We do have some models such as the Health
Canada Population Health template but are looking for specific examples
of frameworks that organizations are currently using. Any advice?

Thanks in advance.
