Charting the Foodscape: Dietary Options and Food Imagery in Edmonton
Communities is a SSHRC, GEOide, and CIHR funded research program that
focuses on accessibility to healthy foods and local food retail
environments in Edmonton within the context of the environmental factors
affecting health and well-being. This program at the University of
Alberta is based in the Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, in
partnership with the Centre for Health Promotion Studies and the Faculty
of Physical Education and Recreation.
