Greetings!

In response to the message just posted by P. Holowaty/R.Cheeseman asking how
to be removed, please remember that:
*Only the list-owners and yourself can remove you from a listserv that you
have subscribed to, not the other subscribers.

To reach ANY list-owner of any listserv - send an email message to
<[log in to unmask]> In the case of CLICK4HP health promotion
listserv - send a message to <[log in to unmask]> with your request,
with the name or email address of the person to be removed, or changed.
Sending to that address reaches all the list-owners, and whoever is
available can respond and assist. Contact us if your email address has
changed and you can receive messages, but not post, and cannot get your
commands recognized by sending your command messages directly to the
ListServer.

* You can manage your own subscription (changing to Digest, setting to
NOMAIL when away from the office, unsubscribing) by either sending your
commands in an email message to the ListServer (not to the whole list); or
by managing your subscription on the listserv web archive site.
The email address for Click4HP Listserver is:
[log in to unmask]
Remember to leave the Subject line completely blank (the listserver will
reject messages with Subjects).
In the body of your message you need to put in only the command and the
ListName - nothing else.

So to change your subscription to temporarily turn OFF your mail from
Click4hp (and save the rest of us from Out of Office replies), your one line
message should be:
 SET CLICK4HP NOMAIL
sent to: [log in to unmask]

When you return, send another message to the same address (blank subject
line) and your one line command should be:
  SET CLICK4HP MAIL

If you wish to leave this list, please follow the instruction that is
included at the bottom of EVERY message posted to this list.
To unsubscribe send one line:
unsubscribe click4hp
to: [log in to unmask] .

* You can also manage your subscription online, with a little patience in
getting a password set up.

The CLICK4HP listowners/facilitators would be pleased to help you with these
actions if you have any difficulty. Please contact us by sending your email
to: <[log in to unmask]>

Sincerely,

Alison Stirling,
co-facilitator CLICK4HP health promotion listserv
